As a Paid Social Planner at Amplifi, you’ll play a central role of clients’ social campaigns—planning, executing, and optimizing paid social strategies across a variety of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. This is a hands-on role where your collaboration skills, attention to details and performance-driven mindset will be key to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning and coordination of paid social campaigns, ensuring seamless and high-quality executions. You will brief and support social buyers, manage influencer collaborations, and oversee campaign delivery across multiple platforms.
- Follow-Up: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and apply learnings to continuously improve outcomes and optimize further activities.
- Platform Expertise: Stay ahead and keep up with the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with client teams to provide guidance and day-to-day support, ensuring alignment and success across all initiatives.
Qualifications
- +2 years of hands-on experience with paid social media—ideally from an agency
- You have experience managing multiple brands and priorities
- You have experience translating platform behaviours and audience dynamics into meaningful KPIs and business outcomes
- You understand the full funnel, from campaign structure and bidding strategies to creative testing, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
- You have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering impactful social campaigns
- You thrive on data, insights, and continuous improvement
- You enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and contributing to collective success
