About the role 

In the role of IT Support, you will solve daily tickets and provide onsite IT support to our end-users at dentsu. You will work with our other IT Support team member in Sweden to support our offices in Stockholm & Gothenburg, you will also work closely with our IT-Support Team in Northern Europe & rest of EMEA.

What are we looking for?

• You have 1-2+ years of experience in IT Support.
• You have experience supporting Windows (10 &11), experience supporting Mac (OSX & iOS) is an advantage.
• You can communicate in Swedish & English (both orally and in writing)
• You are a good communicator and team player.
• You thrive in an international working environment.
• You know Image deployment, primarily JSS / Dep for Macs and Microsoft SCCM for PC.
• You have skills and understanding of AD and network patching.
• You have a good knowledge of Office 365 products and Microsoft Service Manager.
• Experience in ServiceNow – Ticket, Change Management system is a plus.

The position is full-time permanent employment with a 6-month probation period, located at our Stockholm office. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the start date is in August/September according to the agreement. We look forward in receiving your application!
